The service

AutoRaise helps capital-raising professionals source allocators, draft outreach, and send it from their own connected email account. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the messages you send through the service and for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and securities regulations.
• You will not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable law.
• You will keep your account credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.

Not investment advice

AutoRaise is software. Nothing in the service is investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer, or a solicitation. You are responsible for your own compliance, including any private-placement rules that govern how and to whom you may market a securities offering.

Trial and billing

Paid plans and any free trial are described in the app at sign-up. You may cancel at any time; the service continues until the end of your paid period.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumair Capital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
